Cancellation / Refund Policy You can either call TOAST.net or cancel online via "My Account". Upon cancellation, you will get a confirmation number and your service will be active until the last day of the month -- no refunds for a partial month. For annual payments, TOAST.net will refund the remaining balance minus any discounts applied during the term.
